Location: Sungei Kadut
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Basic Salary: $4,000 – $7,000 (depending on experience)
Transport Allowance: Up to $1,200/month
Mobile Allowance: $120/month
Commission: Quarterly Commission

About the Role

Our client is an established construction materials and solutions company looking for a Technical Sales Manager to drive the growth of its Flooring Solutions business in Singapore.

This is a hands-on commercial role combining technical sales, business development, project management and customer relationship management, with a strong focus on developing new opportunities while growing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development activities for the Flooring Solutions business in Singapore.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, developers, architects, consultants and flooring applicators.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow projects from initial specification through to project award.
• Understand customer and project requirements and recommend suitable flooring solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and technical submissions in collaboration with internal teams.
• Conduct site visits, product presentations and technical discussions with customers and project stakeholders.
• Manage sales pipeline, track project opportunities and work towards quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer support.
• Provide technical support and follow up on customer enquiries, project issues and product requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and upcoming construction projects to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop long-term accounts.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, Construction, Business or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, construction materials, flooring, building products or a related industry.
• Good understanding of construction projects and B2B sales processes.
• Singapore Class 3 driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
• Existing network within the construction, building materials or flooring industry will be an advantage.
