Full Time Project Engineer (Electrical) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Interlec Electrical Supplies Selangor - Maukerja

This role is located at our HQ branch at Puchong.

This role has many allowances that will only be disclosed during the interview after shortlisted.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
• Define project parameters, assign responsibilities to team members, and oversee their performance.
• Interact with clients to interpret their needs, requirements, and represent their interests in the field.
• Perform quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance, providing regular status updates.
• Review engineering tasks and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Develop specifications for equipment required for the project.
• Create frameworks to measure project metrics and manage data collection.
• Establish field test methods and monitor the quality of those tests to ensure compliance with standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or similar.
• AutoCAD experience preferred.
• Have experience in tendering works.
• Minimum of 2 years in fieldwork, site work and project planning.
• The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• Strong skills in managing, supervising, and executing projects effectively.
• Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel when required for project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
