Responsibilities
Information:
Location: Parkway Parade Mall
Working hours: 11.15am to 9pm
Able to commit minimally 3 times per week, including 1 weekend
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional assistance to shoppers and tenants, ensuring excellent service and addressing inquiries promptly
Assist with administrative tasks related to gift redemptions, mall promotions, and gift voucher sales
Administer written and verbal feedback from the desk
Respond to incoming calls and inquiries
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Key Requirements:
Min GCE "N" Levels with 2 years of relevant experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
