About Co Enterprise
Co Enterprise is a Singapore-based creative and marketing agency specialising in the F&B industry. With over 12 years of experience and 300+ F&B clients, we help restaurants, cafés and food brands grow through branding, social media marketing, food photography, packaging design and digital campaigns.
The Role
We are looking for a
Project Manager
who can keep projects moving from brief to final delivery.
You will be the key link between
clients and our creative team
, ensuring that briefs are clear, timelines are managed, artwork is properly curated, and projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, objectives and feedback
Manage day-to-day communication with clients
Clarify feedback and translate client requirements into clear action points
Manage client expectations, timelines and deliverables
Build strong and professional client relationships
Creative Project Management
Develop clear creative briefs for designers, photographers, videographers and social media teams
Coordinate projects from initial concept to final delivery
Review and curate artwork before presenting to clients
Ensure all creative work follows the client's brand direction
Consolidate client feedback and coordinate revisions
Timeline & Workflow Management
Create and manage project timelines
Coordinate internal resources and assign tasks
Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met
Identify potential delays or issues early and resolve them proactively
Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Content & Campaign Projects
Coordinate photoshoots and videography sessions
Assist in planning social media campaigns and content calendars
Coordinate branding, packaging, menu and marketing projects
Ensure all deliverables are completed according to the approved brief
Quality Control
Review work before it goes to the client
Check for spelling, formatting, brand consistency and accuracy
Ensure the final output meets Co Enterprise's quality standards
Provide constructive feedback to the creative team when necessary
We Are Looking For Someone Who
Has strong project management and organisational skills
Is confident communicating with clients
Has good attention to detail
Can manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Is proactive and able to solve problems independently
Can communicate clearly with both clients and creative teams
Has a good eye for design and understands basic branding principles
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
Experience & Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Design or related fields
2–4 years of experience in project management, account management, marketing or creative agencies
preferred
Experience managing F&B clients is an advantage
Familiarity with social media, branding, photography and digital marketing is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills

on time and according to brief
Clients receive clear and timely communication
Creative teams receive clear briefs and actionable feedback
Fewer revisions are required due to better briefing and quality control
