Full Time Accounts Executive - Office Administrator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in FZ Energy Storage Systems Selangor - Maukerja

To Prepare:

• Prepare and manage full sets of accounts.
• Prepare Debtors & Creditors Aging Report.
• Prepare & Monitor Cash flow, Budgeting & Bank Balances.
• Prepare Payroll, Salary, KWSP/SOCSO, EIS & Income Tax.
• Prepare Monthly and Year-End Management account.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation BA, LC documentation, TT, Facility.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly Financial Statements & Management Reports.
• Handle statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/CP38, LHDN Tax Returns.
• Implementation compliance measures such as LHDN, E-Invoicing requirements.

To Check:

• All expenses & invoices from suppliers, customers, transportation & to get approval before payment.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor records.
• Liaise with government authorities regarding licensing and regulatory matters.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

General Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Company Secretary (CoSec), External Auditors, Bankers & Tax Agents regarding company secretarial documents, tax matters and financial audit reports.
• Handle administrative matters such as leaves, attendance, Medical, staff claims and allowances.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma OR Bachelor in Accounting or any related field.
• Proficient: Microsoft Office Suite; Excel & common accounting software used by local SMEs (MILLION).
• Excellent understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), the Companies Act 2016 & Malaysian tax regulations.

In- Demand Skills

• Professional certifications preferred: ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA Membership.
• Specializations desirable: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Tax Accounting, Group Consolidation & Forensic Accounting.
• Digital skills: Cloud-based accounting systems, Finance Automation, Digital Finance Transformation.
• Candidates with relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
