Job Summary

Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, lead and develop kitchen and service teams, and drive sales growth by analyzing consumer behavior to enhance customer satisfaction at iSTEAKS.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including kitchen and service crew recruitment, training, and inventory planning
• Implement continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
• Collaborate with management to analyze consumer spending behavior and project restaurant sales and guest growth plans
• Lead by example as a role model and proficiently manage diverse customer requests to ensure excellent dining experiences

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience of 3-4 years in F&B service, kitchen, hospitality, or retail operations management
• Experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across teams and customers
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
