Full Time Senior SAP SCM Consultant Jobs, Salary up to SGD 11,000 in ERP21 PTE LTD Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

### KeyResponsibilities

- Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design across SCM processes including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, and logistics execution.
- Configure SAP modules relevant to supply chain (MM, WM/EWM, PP, APO/IBP as applicable) within an S/4HANA landscape.
- Design solutions for long-lead-time procurement, supplier quality management, and export-controlled materials handling common in aerospace and defence supply chains.
- Support integration between supply chain processes and manufacturing, MRO, and finance functions.
- Work with client stakeholders to define inventory strategies, safety stock policies, and supply planning parameters for critical and long-lead components.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, enhancements, and reports.
- Support data migration, cutover, testing, and hypercare activities.
- Deliver end-user training and documentation for supply chain processes.

### Required Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 10 years of experience working as an SAP functional consultant, with dedicated experience in SAP SCM (MM, WM/EWM, PP, or related supply chain modules).
- Minimum 10 years of experience specifically within the aerospace and defence industry, with strong understanding of complex, regulated, long-lead-time supply chains.
- Proven experience on at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout project.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, warehouse/logistics execution, and supplier collaboration processes.
- Familiarity with export control (ITAR/EAR or equivalent) and defence procurement compliance requirements as they relate to system configuration.
- Experience integrating supply chain processes with manufacturing, quality, and finance modules.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

### Preferred Qualifications

- SAP certification in MM, WM/EWM, or SCM-related modules.
- Experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) or APO.
- Prior experience with aerospace/defence OEMs, Tier 1/2 suppliers, or government contractors.
