Full Time Training Consultant (HRDC) - Kuala Lumpur Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,500 in Persol Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver client-facing projects across Organisational Development, HR Advisory, Learning & Development, and Career Transition.
• Design and facilitate workshops, training programmes, and people development initiatives.
• Provide HR advisory support, including HR policies, employee lifecycle matters, talent development, and organisational effectiveness.
• Conduct organisational assessments, data analysis, benchmarking, and prepare client-ready reports and recommendations.
• Manage assigned projects from planning through execution while ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Conduct career transition programmes, including CV writing, interview preparation, job search strategies, and career coaching.
• Build strong relationships with clients and collaborate with senior consultants on complex engagements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Organisational Development, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in HR, OD, L&D, or HR consulting.
• HRDC Train The Trainer (TTT) certification is required.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Experience in training delivery, workshops, HR advisory, or organisational change is an advantage.
• Professional HR or coaching certification is an added advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
