An exciting opportunity to spearhead and build the Singapore operations team from the ground up for a newly launched high-growth aerospace sector.

• Operations Setup & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end setup, layout planning, process flow design, and rollout of a brand-new logistics operations facility.
• Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, train, and build a high-performing operations team from scratch to support ongoing business growth.
• Process Optimisation: Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), operational metrics, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with stringent industry standards.
• Resource & Facility Management: Evaluate facility sizing, machinery, and equipment requirements to ensure optimal operational capacity and workflow efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless operations implementation and SLA adherence.

skills and experience required

• Proven experience within a 3PL environment in setting up and implementing warehouse operations from scratch, with background in Aerospace or Heavy Machinery preferred.
