Corporate QA/QC Manager
to strengthen and lead its organisation-wide Quality Management function.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall
Corporate Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) framework
across multiple construction projects.
Develop, implement and maintain the company's
Quality Management System (QMS)
in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Establish and review corporate quality policies, procedures, standards and work processes.
Conduct regular
quality audits, inspections and compliance reviews
across project sites.
Monitor project quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with Project Directors, Project Managers and site teams to ensure consistent implementation of quality standards.
Lead investigations into quality issues, non-conformances and defects, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Review quality reports, KPIs and performance trends and present findings to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a strong quality culture throughout the organisation.
Support project teams in resolving complex technical and quality-related issues.
Ensure proper documentation, records and quality control processes are maintained across projects.
Lead, mentor and develop QA/QC personnel across the organisation.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
QA/QC and Quality Management within the construction industry
.
Managing quality systems across multiple projects or at a corporate level will be highly advantageous.
Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, regulatory requirements and ISO Quality Management Systems.
