Role Description The E&I Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Shah Alam. This role is responsible for planning, designing, and executing electrical and instrumentation project activities, including preparing technical specifications, drawings, and documentation. The engineer will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems. Daily tasks include troubleshooting system issues, supporting field inspections, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and optimizing process control and measurement solutions. The role also involves monitoring project progress, contributing to safety and quality initiatives, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Electrical Engineering and Electricity knowledge for industrial systems and installations.
- Candidates should possess Instrumentation and Process Control skills for design, calibration, and optimization of measurement and control systems.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving electrical and instrumentation issues in the field.
- Candidates should possess project coordination and documentation skills, including the ability to read and prepare technical drawings and reports.
- Relevant engineering degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in industrial or energy-related projects, including installation and commissioning, is an advantage.
