Full Time IT SUPPORT Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in IHT Rehab Selangor Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT technical support to end users
• Troubleshoot laptop, desktop, printer, network and software-related issues
• Support Microsoft 365, email and user account administration
• Assist with hardware/software installation and configuration
• Support network, Wi-Fi and other IT infrastructure
• Assist with HIS and other business application support
• Manage IT assets, inventory and equipment handover
• Coordinate with vendors for technical issues and support
• Attend to IT incidents and service requests
• Provide onsite support and assist with IT projects when required

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• Experience in IT support/helpdesk/technical support is preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, networking and troubleshooting
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
