Job ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Business Development

• Prepare and follow up on freight quotations
• Handle customer inquiries and RFQs promptly
• Support business development and sales activities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, and vendors
• Identify potential shipment opportunities from existing and new customers

Customer Service & Operations Coordination

• Coordinate daily air freight / sea freight shipments
• Provide shipment updates and support to customers
• Liaise with transporters, airlines, shipping lines, and warehouses
• Ensure smooth documentation and shipment processing
• Resolve shipment-related issues and customer concerns efficiently
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery

Requirements

• Experience in freight forwarding / logistics industry preferred
• Knowledge of air freight and sea freight processes
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and freight forwarding systems
