Job Description

We are looking for responsible and hardworking Hotel Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join our hotel operations.

This position is suitable for individuals who are efficient, detail-oriented and able to work independently. Payment will be based on the number of guest rooms successfully cleaned and completed according to hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms.

• Make beds and change bed linen, towels and other room supplies.

• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors.

• Clean bathrooms, toilets, mirrors and fixtures.

• Replenish toiletries, amenities and room supplies.

• Check rooms for cleanliness, damage or missing items.

• Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness standards.

• Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor.

• Ensure rooms are completed and ready for guest check-in.

• Follow hotel housekeeping procedures and quality standards.

• Perform additional cleaning duties when required.

Working Arrangement

• Daily room assignments will be provided based on hotel occupancy and operational requirements.

• Housekeepers must complete assigned rooms within the required timeframe.

• Quality and cleanliness are more important than simply completing a high number of rooms.

• Rooms that do not meet the required standard may be returned for rectification before being counted as completed.

Requirements

• Previous hotel housekeeping or room-attendant experience preferred.

• Able to work independently and efficiently.

• Good attention to detail.

• Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties.

• Responsible, punctual and hardworking.

• Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.

• Able to maintain consistent cleaning standards.
