Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the full supply chain function across multiple Southeast Asia markets
- Oversee procurement, demand & supply planning, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Manage supply chain operations for a multi-outlet retail / restaurant network
- Ensure product freshness, availability, and compliance with food safety standards
- Support new store openings and market expansion planning
- Oversee 3PL partners across warehousing and transportation in multiple countries
- Ensure SLA compliance, cold chain integrity (if applicable), and distribution efficiency
- Develop regional supply chain strategy aligned with business growth plans
- Lead and develop regional supply chain teams across multiple countries
- Collaborate closely with operations, finance, marketing, and country managers
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven experience in food retail, QSR, FMCG retail, or restaurant chain environment
- Strong exposure in end-to-end supply chain management
- Experience managing multi-country / Southeast Asia operations.
- Strong understanding of retail expansion and store supply chain support.
- Experience in high-growth or transformation environments is highly preferred.
