Full Time Project Coordinator cum Drafter Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in CITY MANPOWER CONSULTANCY Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Salary: SGD $2,500 – $3,500 per month
• Working Days: 5.5 days per week
• Working Hours: 9.00aM – 6.00pm / Sat 8.30am - 1.00pm
• Location: Ubi

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and update architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare drawings, models and design documents for new construction and renovation projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors and subcontractors.
• Review shop drawings, material samples and submissions from subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project drawings, records and documentation.
• Assist in resolving design and technical issues during construction.
• Ensure drawings and designs comply with project requirements and standards.
• Support improvements to drafting processes and standards.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an Architectural Drafter / Coordinator.
• Experience in construction projects, preferably landed house projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and architectural drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
