This financial accounting position offers a rewarding opportunity to oversee end-to-end statutory compliance, financial reporting, and operational accounting for assigned regional corporate entities.

You will manage the full month-end financial close process for assigned corporate entities, including preparing accruals, prepayments, bank reconciliations, intercompany balance reconciliations, and variance analysis. You will oversee daily financial operations in close collaboration with regional finance counterparts and external vendor partners. You will execute end-to-end accounts payable disbursement processes ensuring compliance, timeliness, and operational accuracy across all transactions. You will drive annual budget preparation, monitor budget balances, and coordinate with finance stakeholders on budget allocation and utilization. You will lead annual statutory audits for assigned entities and coordinate directly with external audit partners to ensure successful audit completions. You will support corporate accounting functions in preparing consolidated financial reports using global financial management platforms. You will continuously maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial information by ensuring transactions are correctly recorded and implementing corrective actions where required.

skills and experience required.

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a recognized professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or equivalent. Hands-on experience in full-spectrum financial accounting, month-end closing, statutory audit management, and corporate reporting. Strong familiarization with Tier-1 ERP systems and corporate financial management tools. Fluency in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia is required to effectively collaborate with regional Bahasa-speaking clients and cross-border teams. Proactive, meticulous, and grounded mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to team success.
