Role Description This is a contract, on-site Epicor Consultant role based in Seremban. The Epicor Consultant will work directly with client teams to analyze existing business processes and translate them into Epicor ERP configurations and workflows. Daily responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing and implementing Epicor modules, performing system testing, and supporting data migration and integrations. The consultant will provide user training, develop documentation, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth system adoption and ongoing stability. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to optimize system usage, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvements in line with business goals.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience implementing and configuring Epicor ERP modules, including workflows, reports, and integrations.
• Strong skills in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and translating functional needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to conduct system testing, troubleshoot Epicor-related issues, and support data migration and validation activities.
• Experience delivering user training, creating clear documentation, and supporting change management during ERP rollouts.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing, distribution, or related industry processes and how they map to ERP systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting project timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience as an Epicor Consultant or Epicor power user in an implementation or upgrade project is highly beneficial.
• Willingness to work on-site in Seremban for the duration of the contract and adapt to evolving project requirements.
