Responsibilities
Working hour
Mondays to Fridays: 7:15 am to 2:45 pm
Key Roles
Provide first-line emotional and behavioural support to students
Build trusting relationships and a safe, confidential space for students
Identify, monitor, and support vulnerable/at-risk students; maintain regular check-ins and track behaviour, attendance, well-being
Work with Year Heads, School Counsellors, and Discipline Mistress for coordinated support
Keep accurate, confidential records of incidents, interventions, and progress
Respond promptly to crises; de-escalate and stabilise students
Plan and conduct preventive well-being programmes (SEL, Peer Support)
Communicate sensitively with parents/guardians; coordinate with external agencies when needed
Requirements
Minimally a
Diploma in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Education
, or related discipline
2 years' relevant experience
