Full Time Packing Manager Jobs, in SUN PHARMA Kedah - Maukerja

Job Summary:

Responsible to ensure production planning & timely delivery of high productivity and low cost products and with compliance to GMP at packing area.

Essential Job Functions:

1. To assist Senior Manager 2 and supervise production team to achieve target in production plan with high productivity and adhere to GMP.
2. To carry out production operation as per production plan and delivery on time.
3. To ensure all operation of production adhere to GMP compliance at primary and secondary packing area.
4. To maintain an optimum level of manpower and overtime.
5. Responsible for monitoring activity and productivity in primary and secondary packing area.
6. To provide training related to GMP activities.
7. Responsible for departmental standard operating procedure update (mainly for primary and secondary packing related procedures).
8. To monitor the work of subordinates and ensure the necessary assistance is provided to them for their timely, adequate and accurate completion of the assigned work.
9. To reduce Primary and secondary packing cycle time and down time.
10. To ensure reconciliation of primary and secondary packing material.
11. To participate in Internal Audit conducted by QA department.
12. To act as authorized person for reviewing and approval of production documents.
13. Responsible in assisting market complaint investigation.
14. To ensure optimum yield is achieved in primary and secondary packing area
15. To ensure optimum rejection control at primary and secondary packing area.
16. Other instruction by superior.
