Logistics & Warehouse Operations Associate

Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM2,700 per month
Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description

We are looking for a Logistics & Warehouse Operations Associate to support card order processing, inventory management, order fulfilment, delivery coordination and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end card order processing, including new, replacement, renewal and urgent requests.
• Coordinate card printing, encoding, termination and order fulfilment.
• Manage inventory and stock movement records.
• Coordinate last-mile delivery, packing and shipment preparation.
• Maintain delivery trackers and prepare courier shipment reports.
• Perform inventory reconciliation between operational and ERP systems.
• Coordinate with vendors on stock movement and warehouse activities.
• Conduct stock verification and support warehouse visits when required.
• Ensure all operational records and orders are updated accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTable and basic data analysis.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, fast learner and able to work well in a team.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM2,700.00 per month
