Full Time Site Supervisor Jobs, in MIE INDUSTRIAL SDN BHD Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Job Purpose :

• To support Construction Manager/Superintendent/Construction Engineer in construction execution.

• To understand project scope and objectives including Client’s Contract terms and condition stated in Contract Document.

• Assisting Construction Manager/Superintendent/Construction Engineer to manage all project personnel matters and settles all problems concerning construction activity.

• Enforce safety regulations and building codes, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations.

• Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and quality control measures.

• Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.

• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits.

• Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment

Duties and Responsibilities :

· To support Construction Manager/Superintendent/Construction Engineer in executing the Project base on ITB requirement and to ensure the overall project construction activity are in accordance to relevant ISO Procedure, Project standard working Procedure and Quality Management System.

· To supervise construction activity base on approved document/drawing.

· To supervise the construction activity base on the Overall Construction Schedule and identify critical work activities and analyze the project progress versus project schedule planned on regular basis in order to meet project schedule requirements.

· To supervise and report overall construction progress for each work category and take proper and immediate action as required. Inform all relevant parties to take immediate action once any possible delay identified.

· To notify Construction Manager/Superintendent/Construction Engineer for the needs of consumable, material, tools, equipment, and machinery needed for construction.

· To supervise and monitor for Manpower and Machinery according to the plan.

· To monitor and record on productivity, by reference to the benchmarking from other project.

· To study and understand purchased equipment/ material/ Requisition/ Subcontract/ Purchase Order include overall contract document.

· To supervise construction activity by monitoring a group of worker / subcontractor.

· To execute the project by working together with a group of Engineering Manager, Procurement Manager, Project Controller, Construction Engineer, Construction Manager and Commissioning Manager.

Job Requirement :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and technical documents.
• Familiar with local authority regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions on-site.
• Job location in Senawang, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
