Client Advisory & Relationship Management

  • Understand clients’ investment objectives, risk profiles and wealth needs, and provide suitable investment advice and solutions in accordance with applicable regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Build long-term client relationships through regular portfolio reviews, market engagement and proactive identification of investment opportunities.
  • Deliver a high standard of client service while identifying opportunities to deepen wallet share and broaden client relationships.
Investment Solutions

  • Provide and facilitate investment solutions across equities, fixed income, funds, structured products and other relevant wealth and capital-markets products.
  • Work closely with internal product, research and investment specialists to translate market views and investment ideas into actionable client solutions.
  • Leverage CGSI’s broader securities, institutional, investment banking and regional capabilities to deliver differentiated solutions to clients.
Business Building & Collaboration

  • Contribute actively to the growth and development of CGSI’s Private Wealth franchise, including client events, partnerships, referral initiatives and other business-development activities.
  • Collaborate with other business units and regional teams to identify appropriate cross-referral and client opportunities.
  • Operate effectively within a growing and entrepreneurial Private Wealth platform, taking ownership of client acquisition, relationship development and business outcomes.
Governance

  • Ensure all client activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, suitability standards, KYC/AML requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Job Requirements

  • Strong client acquisition, networking and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Demonstrated commercial orientation with the ability to develop new client relationships and convert assets into sustainable revenue.
  • Good knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
  • Ability to understand client needs and communicate investment ideas and solutions effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively in a growing, entrepreneurial business environment.
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements relating to HNW client advisory, suitability and KYC/AML, or ability to acquire the required knowledge.
