Full Time IT Infrastructure Project Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 12,000 in AMK Technology Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Delivery & Management

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Lead small to medium-sized, straightforward, and/or local projects with varying levels of complexity and risk.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and risks, and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective actions.
• Ensure project delivery complies with organizational standards, governance, processes, and customer requirements.
• Manage straightforward legal, contractual, and commercial matters related to project delivery.

2. Project Financial Management

• Take ownership of project financials, including P&L, project budget, cost management, revenue, and forecasting.
• Ensure projects meet or exceed approved financial and budget targets.
• Monitor project expenditure, resource costs, revenue recognition, and financial performance.
• Provide accurate and timely financial forecasts and project status updates to management.
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate cost-control measures.

3. Business Development & Opportunity Management

• Identify and develop additional business opportunities within existing customer engagements and projects.
• Support the qualification, assessment, and development of small to medium-sized infrastructure opportunities.
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to understand customer requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
• Manage assigned low to medium-risk opportunities from qualification through to closure where required.
• Build strong customer relationships to identify opportunities for additional services and project engagements.

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers, project stakeholders, vendors, partners, and internal teams.
• Act as a key point of contact for project delivery matters and represent the organization professionally to customers.
• Manage relationships with first-level to mid-level client stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project reviews, status meetings, and stakeholder updates.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure issues are communicated and resolved in a timely manner.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and customers.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably within IT infrastructure or technology services environments.
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects involving areas such as:
• Data Center Infrastructure
• Servers / Compute
• Storage
• Networking
• Cloud Infrastructure
• Infrastructure Migration
• System Integration
• End User Computing / Workplace Infrastructure
• IT Operations / Managed Services
• Experience managing end-to-end project delivery, from planning and initiation through implementation and closure.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
