Your Role

As part of our treatment team, you’ll be responsible for delivering personalised skincare experiences while maintaining a high standard of hygiene, comfort, and service.

You’ll be involved in:

• Understanding each customer's skincare concerns and providing appropriate product recommendations.
• Giving personalised skincare guidance based on individual needs.
• Performing facial treatments according to customised treatment plans.
• Ensuring treatments are carried out safely and professionally.
• Cleaning, sanitising, and sterilising treatment tools and equipment.
• Checking facial room supplies and ensuring necessary products and materials are available.
• Monitoring inventory and informing the team when replenishment is required.
• Working closely with colleagues to maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming treatment environment.
• Creating a positive experience that encourages customers to return.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll fit well into this role if you are:

• Equipped with at least 1 year of beautician experience in the beauty or aesthetics industry.
• Passionate about skincare, facial treatments, and beauty services.
• Customer-focused and comfortable communicating with clients.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn new techniques and treatments.
• Well-groomed with a warm, positive, and professional personality.
• Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

What You’ll Receive

Monthly Base Salary:
$2,600 – $3,500, depending on experience and performance

On top of your basic salary:

• Additional commission opportunities
• Hands-on treatment fees
• Opportunities to develop your beauty and treatment skills
• Work within a growing beauty and wellness environment

Work Schedule

5–6 days per week

Rotating shifts:

• 9:45am – 6:45pm
• 11:30am – 8:30pm

Shift arrangements may vary depending on outlet and operational requirements.

• Privilege Boutique Elite — Ngee Ann City
• NAC Privilege Boutique Elite — Perennial Business City
• Privilege Boutique Wellness — Wisma Atria
• Bedok Mall
• Chinatown Point

Outlet assignment will be based on business and operational needs.
