Gross Monthly Salary:
$3,900
Working Hours:
A Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
B Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Rotating shifts
Work Schedule:
24 working days per month
Employee Benefits:
Annual Leave: 14 days
Birthday Leave: 1 day upon confirmation after 3 months
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of security supervisory experience.
Possess a valid PRD licence with a minimum PWM rank of SS.
Good spoken and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Trained in firefighting and evacuation procedures.
First Aid certification preferred.
Customer service training preferred.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
High standards of professionalism and integrity.
Must be eligible to work in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Site Operations Manager in supervising and managing security officers.
Support manpower deployment, rostering, and operational planning.
Conduct security inspections, checks, and patrols.
Support security and safety arrangements for events and daily operations.
Administer access control, visitor management, and security records.
Monitor premises and respond to security incidents and emergencies.
Prepare incident reports and assist with investigations when required.
Ensure compliance with security procedures and site requirements.
Perform other security-related duties as assigned.
Additional Information:
Employment is subject to background screening and verification checks.
