Responsibilities
Join Fitness First Singapore and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional member experiences! We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to support our clubs in the west area.
Immediate availability preferred.
What You’ll Be Doing
Welcome members and guests with excellent customer service
Respond to enquiries via phone and in-person interactions
Provide information on club facilities, services, and membership matters ️
Handle member feedback and resolve issues professionally
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Support day-to-day club operations and member engagement activities
What We’re Looking For
Customer service or front-facing experience preferred
Friendly, confident, and service-oriented personality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail will be an advantage
