Full Time Senior Executive, IT Security (Risk - Compliance) Jobs, in Robert Walters Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for a sharp and experienced Senior Executive, IT Security to join our dynamic Second Line of Defense (2nd LoD) team.

In this role, you will help safeguard the technological infrastructure of a leading regional financial services organization, supporting a diverse portfolio of business units across banking, insurance, and wealth management. Beyond traditional 2nd Line of Defense (LoD) oversight, this position also incorporates select 1.5 LoD responsibilities, allowing you to work closely with infrastructure and application teams as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity, risk, and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

• 2nd LoD Risk Oversight: Monitor, assess, and report on IT security and technology risks across multiple business entities, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• 1.5 LoD Advisory & Guidance: Partner with infrastructure and application teams, providing practical guidance to ensure operational activities, technology processes, and IT projects comply with security, risk, and regulatory expectations.
• Cross-Business Coverage: Support a range of business functions across banking, insurance, and wealth management, tailoring security controls and compliance practices to different risk environments.
• Audit & Control Readiness: Support internal and external audits, oversee remediation efforts, and promote ongoing adherence to cybersecurity and technology risk standards.
• Policy Governance: Review, enhance, and promote security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure effective implementation across technology teams.
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (IT GRC), Technology Risk, Information Security Governance, or Cybersecurity Compliance.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CISM, or CRISC are preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of IT risk management, ITGC, security governance, regulatory compliance, control assurance, and audit processes.
