Responsibilities
Job Description:
Handle frontline clinic operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, referrals, medication dispensing and cashier duties.
Attend to walk-in patients and respond to telephone enquiries professionally.
Provide chaperone support and assist patients in understanding medical procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and monitor medication and drug inventory.
Follow clinic SOPs strictly and conduct regular checks and audits to ensure compliance.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum GCE N' level certificate.
Comfortable standing for long hours.
Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
