Responsibilities

Task Description

  • Full time on site role and responsible for all kitchen operations.
  • Strong experience in European and fusion cuisine, good amnagement skilles
  • Lead role in setting customers' dining experience.
  • Menu planning, manading inventory and kitchen budget
  • Good communications skills. Able to train new colleagues
  • Interacts well with servic eteam, vendors and suppliers
