About the Role
We are looking for passionate and motivated Personal Trainers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality personal training sessions, supporting members in achieving their fitness goals, and contributing to the overall growth of the club.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personal training sessions according to clients’ fitness goals and needs.
• Develop suitable workout programmes for clients.
• Guide and motivate clients throughout their fitness journey.
• Monitor clients’ progress and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
• Build strong relationships with members and encourage client retention.
• Achieve individual personal training session and sales targets.
• Assist in promoting personal training services and membership programmes.
• Ensure all training areas and equipment are used safely and properly.
• Maintain proper records of client sessions and progress.
• Participate in club activities, events, and promotional campaigns when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Passionate about fitness, health, and wellness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Previous experience in personal training or fitness industry is an advantage.
• Relevant fitness certification is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for fitness are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
