Product Manager (Government)/ Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Product Management, Product Planning and Product
• Involved in IT Project Management and IT Service Delivery
• Management of IT System, Infrastructure, for developing, testing and deploying system/network infrastructure.
• Involved in handling Product Life Cycles.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Product Management Life Cycle.
• Experience in handling IT Products Story Mapping and writing user stories
• Good in Product Planning, Product Mapping and Product Lifecycle
• Knowledge of IT System, Infrastructure, Cloud Products.
• Involved in go-to-market strategies, measurement frameworks, and analytics instrumentation.
• Familiar with IT Government portals or system such as SG Gov ecosystem (SHIP-HATS, SG Tech Stack, GeBIZ) etc.
• Involved in handling end-to-end product delivery through launch and consultation.
• Strong in managing client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Good in providing IT Products solutions, advisory, consultation and delivery.
• Good knowledge of IT Network/ System Infrastructure and IT Security.
• Good in Stakeholders, Client Management and Business Users Management.
• Good in Product Management / Service Management and Customer Management.
• Minimum 4 years of IT Product Life Cycle experience.
• Degree in Computer Science/ Business or Engineering.
• Singaporeans only
