Role Description

The Clinical Manager is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for overseeing multi-branch daily clinical operations, driving service efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.

Maintaining an active presence on the clinic floor, the Clinical Manager bridges clinical operations and administration. Key responsibilities include:

• Streamlining daily clinical workflows, managing master scheduling, and troubleshooting operational bottlenecks in real time.
• Monitoring strict adherence to clinical protocols, infection control, safety regulations, and legal compliance across all branches.
• Supervising clinical staff, conducting onboarding and ongoing training, and building a high-performing, patient-centric team culture.
• Leading quality assurance initiatives, conducting audits, and leveraging clinical metrics to optimise patient outcomes.
• Managing clinical documentation systems, collaborating closely with attending physicians, and contributing to strategic planning for expansion and service enhancements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Medical Assistant studies, Healthcare Management, or a related clinical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of overall clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a direct supervisory or leadership role.
• Prior background in Endocrinology, Nephrology, Pharmacy, or Cardiology is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in workflow optimisation, clinical audits, compliance management, and implementing corrective action plans.
• Proficiency in Clinical Information Systems (CIS), scheduling software, and standard office/data management tools (e.g., MS Excel, clinical reporting platforms).
• Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a decisive approach to real-time problem-solving.
