Role Overview

As a Part-Time Sales Consultant, you will represent the Leica brand on the retail floor, delivering a premium customer experience while supporting sales and store operations. You are passionate about photography, customer engagement, and upholding the brand’s heritage of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Leica’s brand standards
• Engage customers through product storytelling and photography knowledge
• Support sales conversion and achieve individual/store sales targets
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Assist with daily retail operations (POS, stock handling, opening/closing duties)
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat visits
• Support events, workshops, and in-store activations where required

Requirements

• Passion for photography and/or luxury retail
• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed with a professional and polished presence
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and engage customers
