Job Purpose
To provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Company's day-to-day office activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. General Administrative Support
- Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks.
- Prepare, organise, scan, photocopy and file documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in preparing letters, memos, reports and other administrative documents.
- Maintain proper filing systems for physical and electronic documents.
- Retrieve and organise documents when required.
2. Office Operations
- Assist with the day-to-day operation and coordination of the office.
- Monitor office supplies, stationery and other administrative items.
- Assist in maintaining proper records of office supplies and purchases.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers on routine administrative matters.
- Assist with arrangements for meetings, office events and other company activities.
- Ensure common office areas and facilities are properly maintained and report any issues to the relevant person.
3. Documentation & Data Management
- Maintain and update administrative records and databases.
- Ensure documents are properly labelled, organised and securely stored.
- Assist in preparing simple reports, summaries and spreadsheets.
- Ensure data entered into administrative records is accurate and up to date.
4. Purchasing & Administrative Coordination
- Assist with basic purchasing and administrative arrangements.
- Prepare purchase requests, quotations and related documents when required.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding quotations, deliveries and invoices.
- Maintain proper records of administrative purchases and related documents.
5. Other Duties
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and office projects as assigned by the supervisor.
- Provide administrative support to other departments when required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities reasonably assigned by the Company from time to time.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration or a related field.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Basic administrative and clerical skills.
- Basic knowledge of document management and data entry.
- Good computer literacy.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple administrative tasks.

Internship Duration
3 – 6 months, subject to the internship programme and Company's requirements.
Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
