Full Time HR EXECUTIVE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in PASARAYA JOMMART SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including resume screening, interview coordination, candidate selection, and follow-up communications.
• Prepare employment letter and company policies for new hires
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records including tracking attendance and leave management.
• Prepare payroll processing and documentation to ensure accurate and timely disbursement.
• To process and prepare statutory contributions for employees accurately, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Manage disciplinary matters, employee's grievances, issuance warning letters and related matters.
• Providing timely resolution to employee queries and communicating with employees.
• Manage timely renewals of corporate permits and licenses with Majlis Perbandaran Sepang, KPDN, Kawalselia Padi dan Beras and other related government bodies.
• Coordinate mandatory employee health compliance, including FOMEMA screenings, food handler training, and typhoid vaccinations.
• Assist the full spectrum of foreign workers including permit and passport renewals, permit cancellations and liaison with relevant government bodies.
• Manage company vehicles and lorries including road tax renewals, PUSPAKOM inspections and JPJ related matter if necessary.
• Manage ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.
