Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs.
• Support Android application development, enhancement, and maintenance.
• Integrate Spring Boot backend services with Android applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, architects, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.
• Translate business and technical requirements into reliable software solutions.
• Maintain existing applications and develop new features.
• Follow coding standards, development best practices, and SDLC processes.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Java.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Android development.
• Strong experience developing backend applications using Java/Spring Boot.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Good understanding of Android application development and mobile-backend integration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Willing to support both backend and Android development activities.
