Responsibilities

• Handle customer and financial representative enquiries via phone and live chat professionally and efficiently
• Resolve customer complaints and issues at the first point of contact where possible
• Accurately record customer interactions and updates in the CRM system
• Follow up promptly on customer requests and ensure timely resolution
• Assess appeals and provide recommendations to Managers/HODs
• Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned
