Basic Salary: RM3,500/month

Performance Incentive: Up to RM1,500/month commission

Potential Total Earnings: Up to RM5,000/month after the first 3 months, based on performance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Beautician Manager to oversee daily beauty service operations, lead a team of beauticians and therapists, and maintain high standards of treatment quality and customer experience. The role combines hands-on beauty expertise with team supervision, client management, inventory control, and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise beauticians, skin therapists, and junior team members.
• Set team performance expectations and provide regular feedback and service guidance.
• Coordinate staff schedules, rosters, and appointment flow to support smooth daily operations.
• Assist with staff training and development on treatments, service standards, and operating procedures.
• Conduct client consultations and basic skin assessments to understand treatment needs.
• Recommend suitable beauty and skincare treatments based on client requirements.
• Ensure treatments are performed according to established safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Handle client enquiries, feedback, and service concerns professionally.
• Monitor stock levels of professional products, consumables, and retail items and coordinate replenishment with suppliers.
• Introduce suitable treatment packages, skincare products, and promotional offerings to clients.

About you

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Beautician, Beauty Therapist, Skin Therapist, or in a closely related role.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Diploma, professional certification, or equivalent qualification in Cosmetology, Esthetics, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
• CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
• Strong practical knowledge of skincare treatments, beauty procedures, products, and hygiene practices.
• Good leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented with the ability to recommend relevant treatments and products appropriately.
• Organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple operational tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language skills are an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
