Full Time Process Engineer-Senior Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in FEYTECH SDN BHD Kedah - Maukerja

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement efficient and effective manufacturing processes in line with FPS (Feytech Production System) standards and goals.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety, quality and process efficiency standards.
• Support Kaizen activities and operators initiatives for cost reduction, by identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce cycle time and improve quality.
• Conduct research, stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies to optimize production processes.
• Use Yamazumi and Line balancing techniques to identify and implement opportunities for production cycle time reduction and to reduce direct cost of product.
• Participate in new product development projects and provide input on design for manufacturability.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment for production.
• Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant manufacturing regulations and standards.
• Evaluate and design process equipment, ensuring it is efficient, safe, and meets regulatory standards.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during production.
• Ensure quick containment and corrective actions for non-conformities.
• Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production, quality) to to identify and resolve process issues and implement solutions.
• Train and mentor team members on new and existing processes to ensure consistent understanding and implementation.
• Collect, structure and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and track process performance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., mechanical, industrial, manufacturing) is typically required.
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Fresh postgraduates might be considered for employment as well.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
