Job Scope

• Provide excellent customer service and recommend suitable products.
• Introduce ongoing promotions and achieve sales targets.
• Handle cashier and POS transactions.
• Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays.
• Assist with gift wrapping and product customisation.
• Conduct stock checks and basic inventory management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising.
• Support promotional events and other store duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Customer service or retail experience is preferred.
• Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• No experience required. Training will be provided.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in gift retail, floristry or lifestyle brands.
• Basic social media or content creation skills are an advantage.

Location: Vivo City, Singapore

Working Hours: Retail Shift Schedule (5 days/week, including weekends & public holidays)

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
