Full Time Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 15,000 in Vip Consultancy - Maukerja

OpenMax builds AI Workforce solutions for enterprises — not chatbots, but autonomous AI employees that handle real business tasks across sales, customer service, marketing, finance, and operations. Our clients include Fortune 500 subsidiaries and fast-growing mid-market companies across e-commerce, MCN, advertising, manufacturing, and cross-border trade. We currently operate 30+ AI Agents in daily internal operations.

We're looking for several Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) to drive value delivery for enterprise customers of our AI Agent product (OpenMax Workspace) — from signed contract to customers actually using it. You'll embed with customers, understand their business scenarios, customize Agent workflows, tune AI capabilities, drive customer success, and help Sales close and renew. System integration and deployment are owned by DevOps; the FDE focuses on the Agent layer — business adaptation and value validation — turning product capability into real customer outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

Deeply understand enterprise customers' business scenarios and pain points, translating them into deployable Agent solutions

Customize Agent workflows on OpenMax Workspace, configure and tune AI capabilities, and validate outcomes

Own the value-delivery journey from contract to launch to scaled adoption, driving the aha moment and value realization

Act as the bridge between customers and product/engineering, feeding requirements back to drive platform evolution

Support Sales: provide technical and solution support in pre-sales/POC, and drive renewals and upsells post-sale

Build reusable industry solutions, best practices, and delivery methodology

Requirements

3+ years in enterprise technical delivery / solutions / FDE / implementation / (technical) customer success

Hands-on ability: can configure and tune Agent / AI workflows, read and write scripts, do integration and troubleshooting

Strong business acumen — ramps quickly into customer scenarios and turns ambiguous needs into clear solutions

Excellent communication and influence — comfortable in front of customers' business and technical decision-makers

Outcome-driven — owns customer value realization and commercial results (closes, renewals)

AI-native: deep use of AI / Agent tools, with an understanding of Agent capability boundaries

Bachelor’s degree or above

in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.

Experience deploying AI / Agent / LLM products at customers

Hybrid technical-and-business background (consulting + engineering, or pre-sales + implementation)

Deep scenario expertise in a specific industry (finance, retail, manufacturing, internet, etc.)

Delivery experience at a startup or fast-growing SaaS company
