Full Time Project Management Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in MIEN INTERIOR RENOVATION PTE. LTD. North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate construction, renovation and interior fit-out projects from planning to completion.

Liaise with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare project schedules, quotations, material requirements and manpower plans.

Monitor project progress, costs, quality and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Review construction drawings, specifications and project requirements.

Coordinate site activities and supervise contractors, workers and subcontractors.

Identify and resolve technical, site and project-related issues promptly.

Manage variation works, additional works, project documentation and progress reports.

Coordinate procurement and ensure materials are available according to project schedules.

Conduct site inspections and ensure works meet the required quality and safety standards.

Provide regular updates to management and clients on project progress and issues.

Lead and coordinate project team members to achieve project objectives.

Oversee project handover, defect rectification and final completion.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Interior Design or a related field.

Minimum

3–5 years of relevant experience

in construction, renovation or interior fit-out project management.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, site coordination and project scheduling.

Experience in managing subcontractors, suppliers and site workers.

Good understanding of project costing, quotations, procurement and variation works.

Ability to read and understand construction drawings;

AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage

.

Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.

Strong leadership and team-management skills.

Relevant Singapore construction/WSH experience will be an advantage.
