Job description:

1. Assists the Unit Manager in all matters pertaining to unit/ward administration and maintaining standards of care.

2. Provides nursing care of paediatric patient in a safe, effective, timely and acceptable manner.

3. Administers interventions, treatments and medications in accordance with legislation, policies, and professional standards of practice to all customers.

4. Carries out orders of doctors / consultants pertaining to care of patients and delegates to other team members according to their assignments.

5. Provides individualized holistic care using the Nursing Process approach with proper and complete nursing documentation in patients’ files.

6. Carries out assignments scheduled by Unit Manager and provide feedback.

Job Requirements:

At least one (1) year of experience working in a Hospital or related industry (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Possess a Diploma in Nursing.

Registered with Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia and have a valid APC.
