Job Description & Requirement
In Charge of the profitablility of the site;
Assigned task to various workers and supervisors;
Allocated right man for the right jobs;
Implement safety system as site in line with MOM prevailing requirements;
Monitor the materials usage at site to reduce wastage and save cost;
Appoint leaders supervisor at site to stand in case you are not around;
Attend new site show round when required for newix) tender participation;
Ensure that progress work done at site is in line with site progress schedule;
Update drawing based on latest work progress for submission to architects;
Make sure that montly progress payment claim are submitted on time;
Draft out variation orders (VO) when new works is requested by architects;
Discussion on project amount
