Assistant Protocol Officer

Salary: $2,800 – $3,200/month
Contract: 1 year (Nov 2026 – Oct 2027)
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.30am–6.00pm

Requirements

• Diploma or above in any field.
• Experience in event planning, hospitality, service or related fields is preferred.
• Strong planning, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
• Able to multitask, work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team.
• Flexible in managing visitors and guests.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.

Job Duties

• Support major international events, meetings and official functions.
• Coordinate meetings, rehearsals, site visits, venues, transport and event logistics.
• Liaise with internal teams, government agencies, vendors and event companies.
• Provide on-site operational support during events and rehearsals.
• Assist with manpower deployment, budgeting, procurement and corporate gifts.
• Coordinate with local and overseas stakeholders for smooth event operations.
