Job Summary

Join PIZZAIOLA as an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations, enhance guest experiences, and support the Outlet Manager in delivering excellent hospitality in a dynamic restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a warm, positive dining atmosphere to enhance customer satisfaction
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize dining room efficiency
• Coordinate and resolve busy periods and waiting areas to maintain smooth service
• Respond promptly to guests’ requests and special requirements to ensure personalized service
• Supervise and support the service team during daily operations to uphold service quality
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in front-of-house areas, restrooms, entrance, and dessert station
• Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing restaurant operations for seamless service delivery
• Lead the restaurant in the Manager’s absence, managing all operational aspects except opening and closing duties
• Identify regular guests and communicate their preferences to the team to foster guest loyalty
• Oversee weekly cleaning schedules and verify completion of all assigned tasks to maintain hygiene standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience to effectively manage service operations
• Leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate the team
• Customer-focused attitude with friendliness and confidence to engage guests positively
• Organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure to maintain operational flow
