Responsibilities
Technical Support & Electrical - Technician
Job Specification
New machine set-up and knowledge of electrical wiring, cable connection, main switch board when power shut-down.
Maintain the day-to-day operation and to assume responsibility for the machinery maintenance and other general maintenance.
To work independently and with other employees to perform preventive checklists, predictive and routine maintenance tasks.
The following essential duties and responsibilities may be assigned to you:
- Repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment such as cooking equipment, filling auto line 1 and 2,grinding equipment, boiler, chiller equipment and parts are needed.
- Responsible for the completion of machine maintenance request(s) as assigned.
- Responsible for the maintenance checklist, preventive maintenance or any other tasks as scheduled and /or assigned.
- Assist the Production Executive/ Manager to oversee the machine checklists, and set periodical schedule for equipment maintenance.
- To liaise and/or coordinate with the contractors’ project or repair work(s) as directed by the production Director or Manager.
- To assist in the monitoring of all worked performed by contractors, to report any abnormalities of work and to ensure the contractors follow and comply with the company’s GMP.
-To write detailed report on the repair works done onto the “Repair Request Form” for documentation purpose.
-To participate in work improvements such as housekeeping, safety, machine, health and environmental cleanliness.
-To maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all colleagues, to help and cooperate with each other and to handle all situations in a positive manner.
