Full Time Construction Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,500 in JEL MAINTENANCE PTE LTD Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Working Location: Jurong Island

KeyResponsibilities:

·      Lead and manage site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications

·      Review and ensure implementation of technical documents and procedures

·      Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors

·      Monitor and report on project progress, cost, and quality

·      Manage resources,including labor, equipment, and materials

·      Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe working environment

·      Lead monthly project meetings with clients and stakeholders

·      Ensure timely submission of documents and reports

·      Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

·      Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

·      Minimum 25 years of experience in Pharama/Thermal Power Plant construction,testing, and commissioning

·      Strong leadership and management skills

·      Knowledge of international codes and standards

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·      Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
