Role Overview / Summary

• Preparation of financial statements for one or more legal entities within the cbs Group in Asia
• Support in group reporting activities and financial analysis
• Ownership of general ledger accounting and reconciliation processes
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of accounting records
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and cross-functional business partners
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of finance processes
• Contribute to regional and global finance transformation initiatives
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements
  
  
  

Required Capabilities (skills, Experiences, Competencies)

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in accounting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems (R/3 and/or S/4HANA)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in an international environment
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in an international and multicultural business environment is an advantage
